8. Abides by the current legal framework for content liability

Under current legislation, FJMR assumes liability for any content on this website that has been prepared by FJMR itself. As regards content supplied by users and third parties, the applicable exemptions from liability shall be those provided for under Articles 13 and 17 of Spain’s Act 34/2002, of 11 July 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. In particular, the applicable exemption from liability in relation to linked content is provided for under Article 17 of the same Act.
